The aim of this strategy is to inform citizens on the new system and increase their awareness on the right management of the waste they produce. The strategy will be implemented based on these objectives:

Objective 1: Communication and information on the new waste system in the city;

Objective 2: Raising awareness and education of the community toward the active participation and responsibilities on keeping clean the common environment;

Objective 3: Increasing understanding and cooperation with all actors working and dealing in Shkodra city.
